I use these as elbow pads for mountain biking. I am 5"-10", 205lbs and have fallen on these without pain. They are not bulky or restrictive and protect great. As a bonus, they seem to be very durable and have been holding up well for almost two years. I bought a second pair when I lost one, so now I have a spare. I strongly recommend these for other mountain bikers.

Would not reccomend. Save your money. Will not stay on knees while using. They fall down with activity.
