At Williams Athletics, our goal is to ensure that every order is delivered accurately, efficiently, and in excellent condition. We take pride in providing both in-stock items and custom or sourced products, and we’ve built a system that supports both with transparency and reliability.
This Shipping Policy outlines how and when orders are fulfilled, estimated delivery windows, and related terms. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and accept the following terms.
1. Fulfillment Locations & Delivery Timing
To better serve our customers and maintain real-time inventory accuracy, we fulfill orders from two separate fulfillment locations, both operated by Williams Athletics:
Retail Fulfillment
- Products listed as “In Stock” are available for immediate pickup or shipping.
- Typically processed and ready for pickup or shipping within 1–3 business days.
Restock Fulfillment
- Products labeled as “Ships in X–Y days” or “Restock Item” are not currently in-store and must be ordered from a brand partner.
- These items are processed upon order and typically available within 5–10 business days for pickup or shipping, depending on availability and delivery schedules.
This dual-location system allows us to offer a broader product range without compromising order accuracy or communication.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
- Standard shipping is available for all domestic orders.
- Orders over a designated subtotal may qualify for free shipping (thresholds subject to change without notice due to carrier rate adjustments).
- All orders are shipped using standard ground or economy services.
- Once shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
Shipping carriers and delivery estimates may vary depending on destination, weather, and regional factors. Williams Athletics is not responsible for shipping delays once an order leaves our facility.
3. Store Pickup Options
We offer free local pickup at our Saint Johns, Florida location:

- Items marked "Available for Pickup" can be collected within the listed timeframe (typically 1–3 business days for in-stock items; 5–10 for restock items).
- Customers will be notified via email or SMS when their order is ready.
- Orders must be picked up within 10 business days of notification unless otherwise arranged. Orders left uncollected may be returned to inventory, and restocking fees may apply.
4. Order Splits and Multiple Shipments
If your order includes both in-stock and restock items, we will do our best to consolidate everything into one shipment. Our goal is to keep your delivery as simple and cost-effective as possible.
- Orders are typically held until all items are available to ship together, unless otherwise requested or required due to delays.
- However, for store pickups, in-stock items may become available before restock items and can be picked up in stages at your convenience.
- You will be notified via email or SMS when each item is ready for pickup.
- You will not be charged additional shipping for any consolidation decisions made by Williams Athletics.
5. Shipping Charges, Errors & Address Issues
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
- Williams Athletics is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.
- If a package is returned due to address error, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
6. Shipping Delays or Damage
While we work with trusted carriers, occasional delays, mishandling, or damages may occur in transit.
- If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@williamsathletics.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Claims for damaged goods must include clear photos of the issue and all original packaging.
7. Changes to Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to update shipping timeframes, service options, thresholds for free shipping, or carriers without prior notice, especially in response to third-party carrier rate changes or supply chain fluctuations.
Any updates will be reflected on this page and apply to all future orders from the date of publication.
