*Information Needed: Item name, quantity per size, logo, logo location and logo colors (up to 5 color for Screen Printing).
Order Minimums:
- Heat Pressing: 10 pieces minimum
- Embroidery: 10 pieces minimum
- Screen Printing: 25 pieces minimum ($25 set-up fee per color)
Payment:
- We'll send a Final Mock-up. Once everything is approved, you will receive an electronic invoice.
- Payment must be completed before your custom order moves into production.
Production Time:
- Standard turnaround: 10–15 business days from Mock-up approval.
- Exact ship date can be confirmed after you reach out (based on our current production schedule).
- In a rush? Call (904) 287-0715 for rush options — availability depends on order size and schedule.
Logo:
- New Logo? If the logo submitted to us is Low-Resolution (or blurry when you zoom into the image) there may be an Artwork Fee (typically $15-$20 but will depend on graphic work needed). Proof emailed within 3–5 business days → approve or request edits. Production begins after approval.
- Used Your Logo Before? Production can start immediately after payment is made — no proof needed.
