Works for me.

Luv these. I wear them almost every day in the summer, and swim for 30 to 60 min. The upper is very soft rubber while the lower is firm. I get good propulsion from the fin, and haven’t experienced the discomfort others mention. Fit in my bag fine. What else is there?

Small but good quality

These are good fins. But they run REALLY SMALL. My daughter ears a 9.5 shoe so I initially bought 9-10 size. They were way too tight and caused blisters. Very stiff. So I exchanged for 10-11. I would have gone with another style or brand but these were required by the team.
