The Mouthguard Case is a heavy duty ventilated case with carabiner attachment system. This case provides secure, clean storage for a single mouthguard to reduce exposure to bacteria. With a built in drip slot, the secure closure case gets rid of extra build-up and any yuck from heavy use. Compatible with your Shock Doctor mouthguard or lip guard.

The hole in the front can allow the mouthguard to fall out.

The reason I am writing this negative review is the functionality of the case. Initially I thought the case was great. It was easy to open, had some vent holes and it had a hole in the front to help open it and let additional air in so the mouthguard could dry.The flaw is in the large hole in the front of the case where the case snaps shut. It does allow air in but it also allows the mouthguard to fall out. It was a nice idea but not thought all the way through.
