How do team stores work?
We create a custom online team store for your team or organization. Players and families can order uniforms, fanwear, and gear directly online, while we handle production and delivery.

Is there a cost to set up a team store?
No - there is no upfront cost. We build and manage your team store at no cost to your team. The only money you spend is on your purchases in the store.
How long does the team store stay open?
Team stores remain open until requested to be taken down - orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
How do payments work?
Each player or parent places and pays for their order individually through the online store. There’s no need to collect money or manage orders manually.
What products can we include in our team store?
You can include uniforms, fanwear, hats, bags, and a wide range of sports gear from top brands like Champro, Nike, Richardson, and more.
Can we customize uniforms and apparel?
Yes - we offer fully custom uniforms and decorated apparel with your team’s logo, colors, and branding.
How long does it take to receive orders?
Production and delivery times vary depending on the product, but most orders are completed within 1.5 to 3 weeks.
Do you offer shipping and local pickup?

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet entered production or shipped, we may be able to update or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes - you will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, along with updates as your order is processed.
Are your products customizable?
Some products can be customized, while others are standard retail items. If you’re looking for custom uniforms or team gear, we recommend setting up a team store.
Are custom or decorated items refundable?
Custom or decorated items are non-refundable due to the inability to resell the product. Make sure that your custom product is the correct size and style BEFORE ordering.
Can I return or exchange an item?
In most cases, all sales are final - however, in dire circumstances, feel free to contact us and we may be able to fix it for you.
